Editor elements not working in WordPress 5.6

The WordPress 5.6 update has been just released introducing a new compatibility issue with the editor elements in our Story, Mineral and Porcelain themes. With this update the editor buttons are not visible and the elements raw shortcodes are displayed instead of their visual representation.

We have released updates of all three themes fixing the issue, the following versions have the fix applied:

  • Story: 1.9.13
  • Porcelain: 1.4.4
  • Mineral: 1.6.4

You can find the instructions on how to update the theme in the Updates section of the documentation.

If you still experience the issue after updating to the latest version, you can try to clear your browser cache to ensure that all asset files are reloaded.
